About Me

I’ve spent most of my career working alongside founders at the earliest stages—when things are moving fast, messy, and there’s no real structure yet.

That’s where I do my best work.

I help CEOs and leadership teams figure out what they actually need, build the right hiring strategy, and put the systems in place so growth doesn’t break everything.

I’m not just a recruiter—I build the function behind it so it works long after I’m gone.

I started working young—sales, operations, startups—long before I officially stepped into recruiting.

What I realized early on is that most companies don’t fail because of product—they struggle because they don’t have the right people, structure, or systems in place.

That’s what led me to build my own consulting business in 2016.

Since then, I’ve worked with founders at some of the most critical stages of their company—helping them go from reactive hiring to something intentional, scalable, and actually built to last.

I have earned a reputation for work ethic, grit, and a deep commitment to culture and values.

I’m known for working fast, establishing relationships built on trust, and for going outside the traditional channels to discover top talent. I hit the ground running with a high degree of autonomy. And I execute in a way that is repeatable and scalable, allowing me to seamlessly hand off the reigns to an internal leader when the time comes.

I am an entrepreneur and survivor at heart—

I have been working and on my own since age 14. My early-career sales, management, and startup experience lent itself naturally to recruiting and HR. After starting my own consulting business in 2016, I have never looked back.

Outside of work, I enjoy exploring Los Angeles, traveling to beaches, food and watching a Cowboys game with family and friends.

I am heavily involved in the South Bay based charity, Walk with Sally.

We support children impacted by cancer by providing care-centered one-to-one fellowships and additional programs and services to uplift the family unit and lessen the burden of cancer.
